By now you’ve probably heard that Woody Allen is suing American Apparel for $10 million for using his image – a still from Annie Hall – in a billboard advertisement (right).

AA’s lead attorney has stated that he intends to argue that Mr. Allen’s image is not worth that much because of that little sex scandal where he married his step-daughter and was accused of molesting another. Riiight.

AA basically plans to argue that a) they couldn’t have harmed Allen’s image because it’s already trash and b) even if they did, it sure as hell isn’t worth 10 million dollars.
